CHICAGO, December 2, 2019 — Arnold & Porter announced today that Carol Anne Huff has joined the firm's Chicago office as a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice. Ms. Huff brings more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and M&A transactions, with a focus on the representation of private equity firms and public companies. Ms. Huff joins Arnold & Porter from an AmLaw100 firm.

Ms. Huff's practice involves complex capital markets, M&A and restructuring transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt offerings, spin-offs, tender offers, exchange offers and reverse mergers. She also has experience in transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Ms. Huff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joel Flaum on the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Ms. Huff earned her JD from Duke University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her BA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she was Valedictorian.
