Ogier's BVI Dispute Resolution team is praised by clients as "one of the best in the BVI in terms of legal ability, quality of service and plain old fashioned client care" in Legal 500.

The team is also described as having "very impressive team members" and for being "pragmatic, responsive and highly skilled at dealing with multi-jurisdictional disputes. It is a pleasure to work with them". Partners Grant Carroll and Brian Lacy are both listed as next generation partners.
