Broadley Rees Hogan is excited to announce the appointment of Michael Byrom as head of the firm's Property Services Group.

An accomplished lawyer with a proven track record in an extensive range of commercial transactions, Michael has a wealth of experience and skill representing clients in all areas of commerce, including property, body corporate and commercial law.

Michael's appointment will represent a revitalised focus in the provision of legal services to Broadley Rees Hogan's local, interstate and international clients.

"As a firm we are looking forward to the energy and direction Michael will contribute in this position. Michael leads by example both in the work he undertakes for his clients and in his philanthropic pursuits with the Chain Reaction Foundation" said Managing Director Stuart Rees.

Under Michael's leadership the Group will continue to offer technically excellent and commercially relevant advice in our full suite of property, development and planning services.

Michael has already recruited lawyer, Erin Priest, to join Broadley Rees Hogan as a new Associate in the team to add further depth, expertise and energy.

"This is a great opportunity and I am delighted to be invited by Jon Broadley and Stuart Rees to lead the group. We'll continue to maintain the excellence in service that the firm's property group has achieved for its clients over many years. The property industry is a competitive and innovative one and lawyers practising in the industry must remain nimble, expert and relevant. That's our aim and our opportunity," Michael said.
