On Thursday, November 14, Ward and Smith will host the Research Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors ("NACD") for the "Disruptive Innovation Speakers' Program."
This event features a panel of experts as they share valuable experience and insight on the nuances of serving on boards, how boards can add value during periods of disruption, and how executives can best work with their board to capitalize on innovation opportunities. Speakers include Chris Matton, General Counsel at Bandwidth, Suzanne Miglucci, President and CEO of Charles & Colvard, and Kris Pederson, Corporate Governance Leader at EY. Ward and Smith's business attorney Deana Labriola will moderate the forum.
