Ogier's Guernsey team have advised on the investment in IT company Next Generation IT Limited by the Guernsey Investment Fund PCC Limited acting on behalf of GIF Technology & Innovation Cell.

The Guernsey Investment Fund PCC Limited was launched in 2018 investing in businesses which have a Bailiwick of Guernsey focus or which may benefit the development of the Bailiwick. The GIF Technology & Innovation Cell was the first to launch and aims to harness technology and innovation.

An Ogier team led by Group Partner Tim Clipstone advised on the corporate law elements of the transaction.

The team led by Tim included senior associate James Walsh, associate William Schofield, legal assistant James Dickinson and trainee solicitor Annaliese McGeoch.

Next Generation IT Limited was formed in 2003 and provides IT services to Guernsey's business sector.
