The Morrison & Foerster Foundation is proud to have been a sponsor of the Global Kids 5K Annual Run/Walk event that was held on October 12, 2019. Global Kids helps youth from underserved areas have the knowledge, skills, experiences and values they need to succeed in school and in their lives. It does this through a global mindset and leadership exercises. Proceeds of the 5K event support Global Kids' College and Career Readiness program.
New York associate, Aisulu Masylkanova, who participated in this year's 5K, has been a member of the Global Kids' Young Professionals Committee since 2016. The Young Professionals Committee is a body of diverse and dynamic professionals who offer their talents and skills to support Global Kids' mission. As a member of the Young Professionals Committee, Aisulu plays a substantive role in Global Kids' fundraising efforts, volunteers with the organization and acts as an ambassador for Global Kids within the firm, her community, and her network of contacts.
