Guernsey Press Company Limited, a company whose business includes
the production and distribution of The Guernsey Press
(Guernsey's local newspaper) and the wholesale and distribution
in Guernsey of national newspapers and magazines.
Working with lead counsel Shakespeare Martineau, a combined
Ogier team advised on corporate, property, pensions, competition
and employment law matters in relation to the transaction. Led by
