ENSafrica, Africa's largest law firm, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Anina Boshoff and Karin Krisch as executives in the banking and finance team in Johannesburg

Anina has over 18 years' experience advising both funders (including offshore banks and development finance institutions) and corporates on finance and restructuring transactions in sub-Saharan Africa. She has been involved in transactions in a variety of sectors including media, agriculture, financial services, mining and energy. Anina advises on English and South African law, mainly on transactional work, including local and cross-border finance transactions and offshore investments. She has been recommended in Chambers Global and Legal 500 for banking and finance.

Karin is an admitted attorney in the High Court of South Africa with over 10 years' experience in providing transactional and regulatory advice to local and international banks, development finance institutions and corporates on a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, acquisition finance, trade finance, post-commencement finance and restructuring.
