Knet365 are holding a conference on the EU Securitisation Regulation at the Crowne Plaza in London on the 18th of September 2019, where various industry leaders will tackle issues surrounding the implementation of the new Simple, Transparent and Standardised (STS) regime and its impact on the market. The conference will bring together originators, investors, issuers as well as representatives from regulatory agencies including the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA).
Dr Nicholas Curmi, head of GANADO Advocates' securitisation practice, will be speaking on a panel discussing the industry impacts during this first year of the STS regime.
