Arnold & Porter recently advised private equity firm Castle Harlan, Inc. (Castle Harlan) on its acquisition of Sunless, Inc. (Sunless).
Sunless, a global leader in the marketing and manufacturing of spray tanning equipment and related accessories, has been providing consumers with natural looking tans through its market-leading brands MysticTan, VeraSpa and Norvell for over two decades. Through its acquisition of Sunless, Castle Harlan will have access to a growing and recurring consumer market in a trending industry.
