On the 13th of June 2019, our Advocate Zacharias Kapsis represented A. Karitzis & Associates L.L.C, attending the seminar ‘Marketing for Law Firms’, organised by Zygos Academy.
Cyprus
The aforementioned seminar took place in Curium Palace Hotel, in
Limassol, Cyprus and it was conducted by Mr Adonis Anastasiou,
managing director of Adonis Business Academy. The aim of this
seminar was to present a detail analysis of the legal framework of
the Cypriot Code of Conduct Regulations, along with the Internet
Marketing Strategies for Lawyers.
According to regulation 19 of the Cypriot Code of Conduct,
'personal publicity by a lawyer in any form of media such as by
press, radio, television, by electronic commercial communications
or otherwise is permitted', given that 'the information is
accurate and not misleading, and the lawyer is respectful of the
obligation of confidentiality and other core values of the
profession'.
Except for the legal aspect, the seminar emphasised the
development of modern marketing strategies for maximum brand
awareness and business strategies for rapid sales growth through
the power of social media.
