Vitri will moderate the panel on Mergers & Acquisitions – Asset Purchase Versus Stock Purchase.
Speakers will discuss the implications of an asset purchase versus a stock purchase in an acquisition scenario, when it is more appropriate to adopt an asset purchase versus a stock purchase. The session will also consider the implications of the proposed changes to the merger notification requirements in Indonesia, from post-merger notification to pre-merger notification.
