Atlanta, Georgia – Charles Van Horn, a Shareholder at Berman Fink Van Horn, was appointed to a leadership role for the Marriott data breach case. In this role, Van Horn joined a 5-person team representing financial institution plaintiffs. Notably, Van Horn serves leadership roles in other high-profile data breach cases, including against Equifax, Home Depot and Arby's.

Mr. Van Horn represents financial institutions in all types of disputes, including data breach and cyber-related issues. Van Horn also handles a significant number of cases involving fraudulent conveyance claims and has tried such claims to jury verdict. His area of practice includes business and commercial litigation arising out of real estate transactions, contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition claims and corporate disputes.
