Move marks national law firm's continued commitment to the Southeast Region
 
Atlanta (June 6, 2019) National law firm Wilson Elser announced that it has signed a 10-year, 7,246-square-foot lease, on the 14th floor of Tower Place 200, 3348 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326, a move that illustrates the firm's growth in the Atlanta market and Southeast Region.

The firm relocated from 6,000 square feet of sublease space at 950 East Paces Ferry Road on May 28, 2019.

 "Our new office signifies not only a commitment to the region but also the realization of our goals for this office," said Jeffrey Melcher, regional managing partner of the Southeast Region. "The firm opened an Atlanta office in March 2017 with six attorneys and has more than doubled in size. We also opened offices this year in Tennessee and Alabama to further our foothold in the region."

"Anticipating continued growth, our new space can accommodate up to 17 attorneys," added Melcher, "and when necessary, we can activate the expansion options in our lease."

The space is located on the top floor of the Class-A office building and features terraces overlooking Buckhead. The contemporary design features single-size offices, mechanized adjustable-height standing desks in all workstations and offices, and glass throughout so natural light can flow through the space. Additionally, attorney workstations all include laptop docking stations, which allow for standard desktop or portable operations.

The LEED Certified building, which is owned by Cousins Properties, features conference facilities and a restaurant. It is proximate to the Buckhead Metro station and easily accessible from major highways.
