Legal issues and risks in procurement
In the second seminar in the Procurement seminar series, we will look at:
- whether you are procuring or responding, the procurement process has significant legal risk
- the process contract explained
- legal risks for buyers and legal risks and obligations for sellers
- what other legal risk and liability exist – misleading and deceptive conduct, misrepresentation, estoppel, breach of administrative law.
