Conyers continues to expand its Cayman Islands office with the appointment of Associate Rory O'Connor in the Corporate Practice. Rory joins a highly regarded team with recognised expertise in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, equity and debt capital markets, fund financing and insurance.

Prior to joining Conyers, Rory worked as a Capital Markets Associate in the London office of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and on the European CLO teams of two top-tier investment banks. Rory advises on a wide variety of corporate, banking, securitization and regulatory matters.
