Arnold & Porter partner Bill Baer was featured in a recent interview on CNBC's "Squawk Alley" discussing the DOJ's antitrust probe into Google and the likelihood of additional antitrust investigations into big technology companies. Baer is the only individual to lead antitrust enforcement at both US antitrust enforcement agencies, serving as Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Antitrust Division of the US DOJ from 2013 to 2016, and as Director of the Bureau of Competition at the FTC from 1995 to 1999.
