Through a wealth of experience obtained from many years of practice, we have been successful in saving tenants hundreds of thousands of dollars by advising on the correct interpretation of market rent review and make good provisions in leases.

Integrated service

At DibbsBarker, our team works closely with our Construction and Major Projects team, for example, where a purpose built facility is to be constructed. This approach enables us to ensure that the agreement for lease, lease, incentive and/or fitout deed and construction contract all work together to provide the required outcome and that risk is managed appropriately.
