Michael Levenstein has been re-elected to serve another 3-year term on the SCL Council. During his first term, Michael chaired the prestigious Hudson Prize competition, under whose tenure has grown to record numbers of entries from across the globe. The Hudson Prize is widely considered the most prestigious academic prize in construction law in the world. He also chairs the TCC Users' and Scholarships & Universities committees, the latter of which has supported cutting-edge ESG research and funded PhD candidates.

This good news coincides with Gatehouse Chambers' Academic Associate Member, Professor Anthony Lavers, receiving the SCL President's Medal last week from SCL President Lord Justice Coulson, who is succeeded on the Council by Baroness Carr, the Lady Chief Justice.

We congratulate Michael on his re-election and look forward to many more meaningful achievements during his second term.
