Global law firm K&L Gates LLP represented Carousel Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the recapitalization of CraneWorks / RentalWorks ("CraneWorks"), a Birmingham, Alabama, headquartered provider of operated crane services, crane rental services, and other related equipment rental solutions.

The new partnership with CraneWorks provides the company with capital and strategic support to expand its fleet, deepen its service offerings, and reinforce the CraneWorks culture of quality and safety.
