Paris, November 7, 2025 – Vivien & Associés is pleased to announce that Elie Lounis was appointed as a partner of the firm, active in its Corporate/M&A team, effective January 1, 2026.

Since inception, the firm has been committed to pursuing primarily organic growth and offering its internal talents real opportunities for advancement. This commitment to internal promotion is a true hallmark of our identity.

Elie holds a Master 2 DJCE from the University of Rennes and a Master 2 in business law from Panthéon-Assas University. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Elie joined Vivien & Associés the same year, after gaining experience with the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Appointed Counsel in 2023, Elie has played an active role in developing the firm's M&A practice, managing complex transactions and helping to strengthen the team's expertise for the benefit of a demanding and diverse client base.

Elie assists companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex restructurings. He combines technical efficiency, and pragmatism with a keen understanding of clients' strategic issues.
