The PLMJ partner was interviewed by Advocatus magazine.

Maria Zagallo, a partner in the Public Sector practice, discussed the future of infrastructure.

This is an area that will attract the lion's share of public investment in the coming years. According to Zagallo, the political, technical and financial conditions are in place to move forward, but investors are cautious due to a history of hesitation, advances and setbacks.

She added that what matters now is showing that projects will be implemented and that "we need clear signs of implementation".

Beyond infrastructure, Maria Zagallo discusses PPPs in Portugal, the impact of AI on large projects, and UTAP, where she worked for several years. The interview also covers leadership and talent retention.
