Canada's leading litigation firm is pleased to announce that Sherry-Maria Ghaly has joined the firm as Counsel, further strengthening our health law practice.
Sherry-Maria's practice focuses exclusively on health law. She has extensive experience representing health care professionals across a wide range of matters, including medical negligence, privacy challenges, proceedings before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and other administrative and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Sherry-Maria served as Legal Counsel at The Hospital for Sick Children, where she advised on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and contract negotiation. She also represented the hospital in arbitration, as well as before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and supported its professional healthcare staff in navigating regulatory inquiries. Earlier in her career, Sherry-Maria practiced at a national law firm, where she gained experience litigating professional negligence claims, complex commercial disputes, and other regulatory and constitutional matters.
