Schiller DuCanto & Fleck is excited to announce that Rachel Kolesar has joined the firm as a Partner, effective immediately.
Ms. Kolesar received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, graduating with a Family Law Certificate. She has been admitted to the Illinois Bar since 2015.
Prior to joining Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Ms. Kolesar was a Partner at Fischel & Kahn, Ltd., where she independently managed a substantial portfolio of family law clients, specializing in high-net-worth divorce proceedings. Her work included identifying and valuing assets, tracing funds, fraud and dissipation claims, and handling executive compensation and real estate interests. Ms. Kolesar was also crucial in settlement negotiations, mediation, and collaborative law processes.
Her exceptional skills have been consistently recognized: Rachel was named an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers for four consecutive years (2022–2025), included in Best Lawyers' "Ones to Watch" for three years (2023–2025), and honored as an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers from 2018 to 2025.
