Frankfurt –Mayer Brown advised AIF Capital Group on the acquisition of the “Haus Panorama” nursing home in Bodman-Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance. The nursing home is a strategically important investment made by AIF Capital Group on behalf of a family office.
The property is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance and is currently used as a full-time nursing home. The long-term provision of nursing care at the site is to be supplemented by a sustainable utilization concept.
