Foley Hoag has announced that Nicole Perez has joined the
firm’s New York office as a partner in its Mergers &
Acquisitions Practice Group. Perez brings experience in complex
public and private mergers and acquisitions across various
industries, including technology, energy, and life sciences. Her
practice focuses on representing acquirers and targets in both
domestic and cross-border transactions. She also advises on
shareholder activism defense matters, hostile takeovers, and
takeover preparedness.
