Foley Hoag announced that John Harre and Sumantha "Sumi" Sedor will join Sarah Cooleybeck as Co-Chairs of the Licensing & Strategic Alliances practice.
Harre and Sedor concentrate their practices on life sciences, technology, energy and emerging companies in licensing transactions and other strategic collaborations and advise their clients on business matters involving intellectual property issues. They also provide comprehensive support for clients’ commercial contracting needs, routinely handling supply, manufacturing, distribution, services, clinical trial, material transfer and other agreements.
Harre, resident in the Boston office, has been practicing for over 30 years, is a licensed patent attorney and has over a decade of experience in executive level in-house counsel and leadership roles.
Resident in the New York office, Sedor has been practicing for 20 years and also has experience in venture capital financings and other general corporate matters.
