Martin Heuber advises financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on all aspects of debt financing, particularly syndicated lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance, including restructurings.
Holger Schelling advises on banking, regulatory and securities matters, as well as on capital markets and structured products. Before joining DZ BANK, he served at another leading international law firm for eight years.
