welcome Associate Nancy Musick to the firm's Kansas City
office and Health & Nonprofit Organizations practice group.
Nancy joined the firm on January 27.
Musick works exclusively with health care providers and
organizations providing counsel on regulatory and compliance
matters. She has experience handling issues surrounding
Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, state administrative agency
issues, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid compliance.
Musick earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of
Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Washburn University.
