Advestra Advises Barry Callebaut On The Placement Of CHF 300 Million Bonds

Barry Cal­le­baut placed suc­cess­fully two tranches of CHF bonds in the total aggreg­ate amount of CHF 300 mil­lion. The first tranche amounts to CHF 160 mil­lion with a coupon of 1.800% and will be due in 2031. The aggreg­ate prin­cip­al amount of the second tranche is CHF 140 mil­lion, has a coupon of 2.100% and will mature in 2035. UBS AG, ING Bank N.V., Coöper­at­ive Rabobank U.A. and Société Générale acted as Joint Lead Man­agers in this transaction.
