KANSAS CITY (January 16, 2025) – Lathrop GPM Partner Rachel Orr was named to the Missouri Lawyers Media POWER List for Commercial Real Estate Law.

The Power List for Commercial Real Estate Law features the most powerful attorneys in commercial real estate law in Missouri as identified by Missouri Lawyer Media. The inaugural list is based on published appellate cases, interviews with attorneys and other leaders around the state, and the archives of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.

Orr’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development and capital finance, with a focus on secured lending transactions involving various tax credits, development incentives and related real estate issues. She has been involved in a diverse range of endeavors and routinely represents lenders, investors and developers in complex real estate development projects, providing a comprehensive understanding of the intricate regulatory landscape. She is a member of the board of the Downtown Council of Kansas City and is active with Women in Public Finance’s Kansas and Missouri chapter.
