LONDON, December 4, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced it has advised ICG, the global asset manager, on its partnership investment into Lomond, the UK's leading lettings and estate agent platform.
ICG will invest alongside the founding Chairman and the management team. Exiting sponsor LDC, the private equity investor, which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, will also reinvest in Lomond as part of the transaction.
The transaction will support Lomond's continued growth strategy of further consolidation through M&A in its existing markets and provide additional capital to drive expansion into new regions.
ICG is a key global client for Proskauer and the firm has advised on a number of transactions including its investment into VISION GROUP S.P.A. and its financing into Astek.
