Wynn Williams is delighted to announce the promotion of Tim McGuigan to the firm's partnership, as of 11 November 2024.
Tim is an experienced litigator who specialises in regulatory and prosecution work. He has particular expertise in environmental compliance, monitoring and enforcement issues, as well as conducting prosecution work on behalf of several councils.

Tim is based in the Firm's Ōtautahi Christchurch office, working with clients throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
