ISOLAS LLP Partner and Chair of the Gibraltar Branch of The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners Adrian Pilcher, recently attended the STEP Conference in Prague, that took place, at the historic Matyáš Bernard Braun House.
Adrian’s presentation focused on best practices in relation to letters of wishes and protectors, in the context of discretionary trusts, asset protection and succession planning.
