Khaitan & Co advised Bertelsmann India Investments (BII) on its investment in Basic Enterprises Private Limited along CE Ventures Limited and other existing shareholders of the Company i.e., Mr. Ashish Ramesh Kacholia, S Four Capital and LV Angel Fund for a total investment amount of approximately USD 10 million.
