Arnold & Porter is co-hosting the ALI-CLE: Clean Water Act
2024 Law and Regulation program, which will be held October 17-18,
2024 at our Washington, D.C. office. Allison Rumsey, partner and
Co-Chair of the Environmental Practice Group, is co-chair for the
event alongside Regina Buono, a senior attorney at the
Environmental Law Institute, and Andrea Driggs, a partner at
Perkins Coie.
This premier course transcends conventional updates on water law
through the integration and examination of cutting-edge issues
through high-level discussions. The program features a
distinguished roster of faculty, including illustrious private
practitioners, public interest advocates, and senior officials from
federal and state/local regulatory and enforcement agencies. These
experts will provide a comprehensive analysis of legal frameworks,
policy perspectives, and the contemporary challenges confronting
environmental attorneys and water law professionals.
