Astorg Normec Fund will acquire the Normec Group from Astorg
VII. Normec Group is a leading provider of testing, inspection, and
certification services focused on foodcare, life safety, healthcare
and sustainability.
Astorg Normec Fund is a Continuation Fund categorized as article
8 under SFDR.
