Managing IP also named Deborah Fishman to their "Top 250 Women in IP" list, which recognizes female IP practitioners who "performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year." Fishman focuses her practice on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on biopharmaceutical and medical device patent litigation, and has been routinely recognized for her strategic case management and vast expertise.
