After the popularity of our last roadshow, we are back with more on trusts – and there is always so much more!

With end of financial year approaching, there are quite a number of things to turn our minds to, especially in 2023.

• End of financial year resolutions: what should they say and what should they NOT say?
• Traps in beneficiary structures – how do you make sure your beneficiaries are included?
• What things (other than tax) do you need to think about in making distributions?
• Has your trust vested, and what are the proposals to extend the vesting date?
• When do we need appointor/principal consent and do we know who they are?
