Brent Horstman, Jennifer Nassiri and Stacey Rosenberg were selected as 2023 Banking and Finance Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times for its Banking and Finance: Trends, Updates and Visionaries magazine.

The L.A. Times noted Horstman's work representing Western Alliance Bank as administrative agent in connection with a $185 million syndicated term loan to Buena Vista Gaming Authority (BVGA). Nassiri's profile highlighted her work for Seadrill Partners in connection with one of the largest bankruptcies in the U.S., a Chapter 11 filing that restructured more than $2.5 billion of funded indebtedness. Rosenberg was recognized for her ability to combine her in-depth experience and transactional knowledge with a unique focus in the entertainment industry, which allows her to provide clients with highly specialized advice across a variety of debt finance transactions.

Now in its third year, this special publication provides a deep dive into current and upcoming trends in the banking and finance industries. Those selected as 2023 visionaries were nominated by their colleagues and peers and selected by the L.A. Times B2B Publishing stakeholders for demonstrating leadership, an ability to impact change and overall success during the last 24 months.
