It's time! We are excited to launch our brand new (and what we think is Australia's first) 'Breach Reporting Hotline' service, which enables you to 'bounce' discrete queries off our team of experts as a way of cutting through some of the complexity that is intrinsic to this new regime.
For more information, please see our flyer here.
We have introduced this service primarily because we have detected a real need for clients to access expert guidance in circumstances where the law is often complex, unclear and ambiguous (or all of the above!).
Why are we offering this service?
From our experience, we strongly believe that clients are struggling with lack of clarity under the new regime and, even with the best intentions, are either under-reporting or actually predominantly over-reporting.
We know that it is not generally possible to obtain specific regulatory clarification from the regulator (understandably) and so we identified a real need for additional resources and guidance for our clients.
How to enroll and access the service
Simply email us at breachreportinghotline@hsf.com and we will be in touch.
Once you are enrolled, you will be able to email us at breachreportinghotline@hsf.com with an outline of your query, and one of our experts will either email you back or give you a call, depending on the complexity of the query and your preference.
Best of all, we will provide up to 15 minutes of our time at no cost to you.
