Aurélie Clementz has joined the Ogier partnership to spearhead the international law firm's tax offering in Luxembourg.

Aurélie brings more than a decade of experience in Luxembourg tax law to her practice. Her expertise includes international transactions and tax structuringfor investment funds, multinational groups and private equity sponsors. She is also an expert on the various tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures vehicles.

Aurélie has considerable experience advising clients on tax aspects of international structuring via Luxembourg regulated and non-regulated vehicles, with a specific focus on infrastructure and real estate funds and transactions. Before joining Ogier, Aurélie worked in the tax practice of another international firm based in Luxembourg and, prior to this, she practised in Paris for eight years.

Ogier in Luxembourg provides legal advice on banking and finance, corporate, investment funds and tax law, together with a dedicateddesk for German clients. The team includes market-leading partners and senior lawyers, who combine years of international experience with deep local knowledge.
