The Firm was recognized for its representation of multiple Mexican development banks in two significant matters. The Firm represented Bancomext, Banobras, and NAFIN (Mexican development banks) and PEMEX, in connection with the amendment and increase of a bridge loan for up to $900 million granted to PTI Infraestructura (a subsidiary of PEMEX), with PEMEX as joint obligor. The proceeds financed the first stages of the modernization works of the Tula and Salina Cruz PEMEX refineries located at Hidalgo and Oaxaca, Mexico.

The Firm subsequently represented Banobras, NAFIN, and Bancomext (Mexican development banks) in connection with a $2.1 billion loan granted to a special purpose Mexican trust for the acquisition of collection rights generated by the Mexican governmental entity Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares.
