Arendt is pleased to invite you to a new edition of our Arendt Case Law Forum.
The event will take place at Arendt House on Thursday February 2nd, from 12pm to 1pm.
Members of our Business Crime team, Valérie Braun, Michel Fischbach, Ari Gudmannsson and Jean-Luc Putz, will present and comment on recent decisions related to misuse of corporate assets, money laundering and AML obligations. Our experts will share their insights on fraud and cybercrime. Other topics such as bankruptcy, civil damages, admissible proofs and elements of procedure will also be discussed.
