Foley Hoag LLP has announced the elevations of Joseph Klingler, Andrew London, Michael McQueeny, Shailesh Sahay and Diana Tsutieva to partnership status at the firm, effective January 1, 2023.

- Joseph Klingler (Washington, D.C.). International Litigation & Arbitration. Klingler represents sovereign States and State-owned entities before the world's principal dispute resolution bodies. He has helped sovereign States protect their interests in high-stakes public international law and international arbitrations. An expert on treaty interpretation, Klingler is co-authoring the 3rd Edition of Oxford University Press' preeminent volume Treaty Interpretation.
- Andrew London (Boston). Healthcare, Life Sciences. London concentrates his practice on litigation arising from federal and state healthcare regulation and state Attorney General investigations. He advises providers, payers, and drug and device manufacturers in complying with regulations; litigating challenges to statutes and administrative decisions; and resolving investigations by regulatory agencies. London also counsels clients regarding compliance with Massachusetts state ethics, lobbying, and campaign finance law.
