The services of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") have been retained to function as general banker to the Fund, and as depository of the assets of the Fund. This role does not imply an endorsement of the Fund or assume any responsibility or involvement in the Fund by CIBC beyond these functions. The Banker will act solely on the instructions of the Directors of the Fund in accordance with the terms of this Prospectus and any Agreement entered into between CIBC and the Fund.
