The Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Resolution that temporarily suspends the compulsory character of the general administrative regulations that establish the process for the statistical registration of the commercial transactions and licit provenance of oil products, issued by the Resolution RES/818/2015, pending the Siretrac period of tests.

On April 9, 2018, the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Resolution that temporarily suspends the compulsory character of the general administrative regulations that establish the process for the statistical registration of the commercial transactions and licit provenance of oil products, issued by the Resolution RES/818/2015, pending the Siretrac period of tests.

The Permit Holders of Sale, Distribution, Commercialization and Storage of oil products, that carry out their activities before April 10th, 2018, will have 90 calendar days from April 9th, 2018 to register on the Siretrac.

The aforementioned Permit Holders, that begin their operations after April 10th, 2018, shall comply with the aforementioned disposition, once they inform the Commission of their start of operations. For more information please consult the following link: www.dof.gob.mx
