Se busca registrarla para prendas, calzado, accesorios,
peluches y alimentos.
Después del sismo del 19 de septiembre, se
conocieron historias de rescatistas quienes día y noche
buscaron sobrevivientes en los escombros de edificios y casas de la
Ciudad de México, Oaxaca y Puebla.
"Las marcas son elementos distintivos que
diferencian servicios o productos de su misma especie. Frida no es
distintivo, sino que están surgiendo marcas referentes al
suceso y al animal". La marca se puede proteger
porque no hay impedimentos de ley, explica Armando Flores,
responsable de desarrollo de negocio nacional de Clarke, Modet y Co
de México.
