Derived from the opening of fuel markets, the Energy Regulatory Commission ("CRE") has announced that it is currently preparing an open season, the purpose of which will be to allow bids on part of the fuel storage capacity used to supply different airlines in Mexico, known as jet-fuel.

It is important to mention that, as of today, the company in charge of supplying this fuel, is the government body that depends from the Communications and Transportation Ministry known as Airports and Auxiliary Services ("ASA") that, for such purposes, has a storage infrastructure in different Mexican airports.
