The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius ("FSC")
has issued a communique on the 31st August 2020 to
inform the public that they have issued the (Peer to Peer Lending)
Rules 2020 (the 'P2P Lending Rules') with the objective of
fostering innovation and furthering access to finance in
Mauritius.
In that respect, the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and
Fees) Rules 2008 has also been amended to cater for this
licence.
